Several variables of the printing unit such as contact angle, doctor blade pressure, Anilox Surface and speed of rotation affect printing quality as well as composition and viscosity of the printing ink.

Stripsteel Doctor Blades are high quality carbon steel with 2-3 times longer life than standard carbon blades. They are also available in Stainless Steel which are non-corrosive.
